Hi Everyone, Hope This Finds You All Well

Ive Just Had A Terrible Experience Staring A New Job And I Left After 4 Days.

The Boss Was Mentally And Verbually Abusive And I Couldnt Cope.

He Was Violent Towards One Of The Workers Out In The Factory AND It Scared Me ****less.

I Was Sitting At My Desh Shaking And Wanting To Throw Up And I Thought Just Get Out Of There,
So I Did

Has Anyone Else Suffered From Something Similar,
It Has Left Me Really Shaken Up And Angy That People Can Be Like That

I haven't had an experience like that, but I can say without a doubt that I would report it to someone immediately.. either someone higher up the corporate ladder (if applicable), an owner, another manager, or the better business bureau.

He Is The Owner Of The Business And I Can Report Him But He Is Very Vindictive And Im Worried He Might Come After Me. He Has Already Punched Up One Of The Workers At The Factory Next Door And Arranged To Have His Car Torched So That Scares Me.

I would discreetly contact the police. This is a very troubled man that in NO WAY should be in charge of ANYONE!

just kidding. you did the right thing by leaving, you shouldn't put up with that. could you report him anonymously?

I'd wait a couple weeks and then report him. If you stayed for a short time, you didn't give yourself long to be burned into his memory. If he gets in trouble, he'll think of the people who most recently pissed him off first. In a couple weeks, that won't be you. Good luck, and stay safe.

That sucks :distress: but no, i've never had anything like that happen. I'm usually the one doing the bullying :angel:

Im feeling a lot better now and have decided to put it down to another life experience you just have to put behind you.

If anything happens, I will not hesitate to report him to the authorities.
