So, according to Michael Medved, the recent "I hate gays" Tim what's-his-name's rant was acceptable because straight men have a natural disposition to be wary of gay men in the shower. He also thinks that straight men would be wary of "profoundly unattractive, morbidly obese women" in the shower, however, if they're "attractive (or, even better, downright 'hot' " then it would be okay.

"I specify unattractive females because if a young lady is attractive (or, even better, downright “hot”) most guys, very much including the notorious love machines of the National Basketball Association, would probably welcome her joining their showers."

"The ill-favored, grossly overweight female is the right counterpart to a gay male because, like the homosexual, she causes discomfort due to the fact that attraction can only operate in one direction."

Are there really people out there in this day and age that are this ****ed up in the head????

Michael Medved has been on my **** list for 11 or 12 years. And (quelle surprise) he's a homophobe *and* a misogynist! And someone tell me what makes this guy an expert on the subject? His only credentials lie in being a lame-ass movie critic, as best as I can tell. I guess that gig wasn't bringing home the bacon, so he decided to make his living as a mindless hatemonger instead.

What a dick. I don't know what else to say about these small minded, live in their own little world type of people. And the overweight female comment? Let's see a picture of his wife, mother or sister.

Bingo. Show 'em the money and then watch the crazy. There's a group of once halfway decent human beings who have come to the proverbial crossroads.
