She's a comedian, singer and performance artist (I guess) who has claimed to be obsessed with Stevie. She's done a nice long bit about it one of her one-woman shows many years ago.

Yes, her name is Sandra Bernhard. She's a comedian/actress (if you ever watched Roseanne, she was on that show) and she is a very big fan of Stevie and FM and has done interviews with her with MTV in the late 90's.
