Which Do You Like More: Stand Back vs. edge of 17

So of these two classics, which one do you perfer?

Much Love,
Ethan

Ouch. I have to think about this for a bit.

Edge of 17 for sure! I mean part of it was written about John Lennon....and basically it just kicks ass!

I voted Stand Back. The energy behind it and all of that... IT's just amazing... Plus, it's like my favorite song to play on my keyboard.... ha ha

'Edge of Seventeen' for sure - Im only slightly partial to 'Stand Back'...

Edge. It's a little more rockin' and you can't beat the 'ooooooooeeeeeewwwhhhaaaaaaaaa' growl in the middle, my favourite part.

Lyrics wise, both are equally great.

This is a really hard one .... Stand Back is an awesome song, but Edge of Seventeen is legendary.

Hmmmh .... Stand Back, methinks. By a hair.

It's extremely difficult to choose one over the other, but I went with "Stand Back" because I'm a sucker for synths. :o

hey, you took my reasoning.

seriously, nothing beats that, well, beat. EO17 has that famous riff and the growl, but, to me, Stand Back is a total tour de force beginning to end!

Which do you need more, food or water? Right leg or left leg? ;)

I probably dont ned to tell you who played the synthesizer on Standback do I?:xoxo:

I did a similar poll to this on seven wonders, and the results are different:nod: :p

Now this is THE question!!!!

Hard one, eh. Well asked. I chose SB cause it has been a favorite of mine for decades but.. EO17 is beautiful, sometimes I choos to listen this instead of SB

tho i must confess that the polls r getting WAY outta hand, imust use this oppurtunity 2 support my undying luv 4 edge! the vocals on the album version r fo sho one of the best shez dun since 1981. and the live version is absolutely electrifying! tho ever1 (almost every1) luvs stand back, including me, therez just NO comparison here!

I have to go with Edge. It's like, her signature song.
