Jeremy Spencer Windsor Festival 1974

Hi,

I found some pictures from Windsor Free Festival 1974, where Jeremy Spencer played with a band called Mountain Child. I don't know much about the festival, other than that it was supposed to be really bad weather (and I think some riots too?).

I wonder what songs Jeremy and the band played..? Maybe songs from the "Jeremy Spencer And The Children" album?

Maybe Jeremy Spencer himself has some memories of the event?

Daniel

Hopefully, Jeremy will share his memories soon.

Until then, here's some press from the time:

PS: Can you read confirm the name of the Rock Opera at the bottom of the page? Is it "The Phoenix"?

Hi Neb-Maat-Re!

And thank for the links. Yes, it seems to me that it is "The Phoenix" on the bottom of the page.
