Mo'Nique is my favorite commedianne, but two of my other favorites are Shirley Q. Liquor and Wanda Sykes. Wanda's latest special kinda sucks, but she's normally really funny. anyway, I've included her best skit, imo, Turd in My Backseat.

also, I love Shirley Q. Liquor. now, if you want the whole story, you can look it up, but basically it's a white guy who started leaving funny messages as a black woman (based off of his childhood nanny) on his friends' phones and they got so popular he was able to make a living out of it. he/she now tours lots of clubs (mostly gay clubs). now, this isn't meant to offend anyone, just all in good fun. through her skits, you learn about her best friend Watoosi Jenkins and her 18 children. her tagline is "tell yer mama I aks how she durrin" -

I love Shirley Q!! I liked her Aquariums song and that song she did about Aretha....also If I was a White Lady. I bought one of her CD's and laffed my butt off! just FAB! The guy that does Shirley Q also does a character called Betty Butterfield, a White woman who pops pills and is eternally searching for the ideal church to go to. she's a scream also.

every time I bought tickets and went to see Ms. Liquor, her ass would cancel except for this one time I went and ended up getting drunk on vodka and 7UP and don't remember a damn thing except waking up in the arms of a stranger. but I digress.

This is pretty damn fun.
