Paul Stanley kicked ass last night!

SO I'd never seen him before, and I was duly impressed. The guy's in great shape first of for a 50 something, and can still move around like a 30 year old. Hasnt lost anything in his voice either. You should've seen the crowd get into it during Love Gun! I would definitely see him again!

Ya gotta give him credit...

I saw Paul Stanley last year at Ceasars Palace -- he went backstage to say hi to Stevie. I thought he looked pretty good.

version of Kiss (w/Ace Frehley & Peter Criss), the version now with Eric Singer, Tommy Thayer, Paul & Gene isnt quite that entertaining in concert (Though they are spot-on musically.)

Btw, Have you seen the new DVD set Kiss just released of footage from 1972-1977 entitled "Kissology Vol.1"? That is the type of DVD that Fleetwood Mac should release, footage from throughout the years.

$19.99 price tag, The 3 store specific released version contain a 3rd DVD of footage from one of three shows:

Wal Mart version-1977 Largo
Best Buy version-1977 MSG
Target version-1976 Cobo Hall (Detroit-1st night)

The 2 DVD set contains even their appearance on the Paul Linn Halloween special, which is the first time I recall seeing Kiss.

The set also contains the famous Budokan show and the HBO broadcast from Houston, TX.

I would say the songs the crowd got into most were Strutter and Lick It Up. Man they fet it especially during those 2.

Dude, that blows me away! You shouldve seen how easily he moved around last night. One thing that my friend commented on is he said "The guy obviously keeps himself in great shape and excercises."

irishgrl 11-08-2006 03:42 PM

David, was he in KISS makeup or no?
