Lakewood Civic Auditorium Cleveland question

Hello all-

I just got tickets for this show, and I've never been to the venue. Anyone have any info on it?

I know my tickets are in the pit...they're labeled as Row BBB...but does anyone knoe what this means? Is this second row? I have seat #25, so I don't think it's "center"...but oh well. I'll live with it!

You got pit tix? F*cker!

JK - you're not a f*cker. I got section 3 row E, and that's the best I kept getting after repeatedly throwing them back, then getting suckier seats, then those again, then suck, etc. This went on for about 10 minutes, until I said the hell with it & grabbed the 5th row tix.

So. Anyway. I have no clue. Never been to this venue. I researched it a bit & it only holds about 1500 people, so it should be very intimate& close no matter where you are. I would venture a guess that the pit has 5 rows? Just a guess.

Paula, I know someone else got pit tickets, 2nd row, and is not going...maybe you can work something out?

*edit: Scratch that. That was for the Cincinnati show, not Cleveland. My bad.

Carrie's going too, I believe. Meeting new Ledgies is always a nice bonus when you travel to shows out of town. :)

I've been to concerts there before, but I don't know how many rows constitute the pit. I don't think very many. The venue is actually the auditorium of Lakewood High School. It is pretty nice though with good acoustics. There is, however, no alcohol served in the facility. There are plenty of small bars nearby for those who enjoy a cocktail before the show.

Sweet Jesus! Thanks for the warning!

I'm kidding. Well, half kidding. ;) I don't want to be tanked, but a glass of wine would have been nice.

Is this venue further from Buffalo then Blossom or closer.

TheMacAttack 09-13-2006 10:04 PM

Somewhat closer. Lakewood is on the west side of Cleveland. Blossom is b/t Cleveland and Akron.

I logged in to Ticketmaster the morning of the pre-sale right at 10am and I got two tix in the Pit, row AAA. I'm hoping that's the front row....I have NO idea how I lucked out with that, for the '97 and SYW tours I always ended up with crap tix no matter how hard I tried.

Looking forward to meeting some of you there...

laurarox 09-19-2006 04:03 PM

I'll be there. Section 4. Either row R or S - I forget. Can't wait to see you Josh! I have a little boy now!
