After what happened with the state theatre/VA, I personally am holding off for an official announcment.

FORMER home of the Grand Ol' Opry. They moved to their own theatre quite a few years ago. They've just renovated the Ryman recently...but, the Grand Ol' Opry doesn't live there anymore.

I'll be there for sure!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!! Hell yeah! I have seen many a show at the Ryman; it is the perfect venue. The last show I saw there was John Prine. The sound is extremely good. There isn't a bad seat in the place. I will say this; the seats are like church pews. Well, it was a church, before it was the Grand Ole Opry. :p It has a very quaint feel...really nice....very intimate venue. I think it will be perfect Lindsey.

I'm such a nerd...I signed up to receive a "reminder" text message on my cell an hour before the tickets go on sale....like I won't already be sitting online an hour before that. :laugh:
