VH1 Classic's "DECADES ROCK LIVE!"
 

Stevie fans!! :wavey: I just sent a message to John Kinney at the Nicksfix re: the release of Bonnie Raitt's "Bonnie Raitt and Friends" CD/DVD from VH1 Classic's "Decades Rock Live!" series.... it is being promoted as the *first* in a series of concerts to be released as CD/DVD sets. This could be an excellent way for Stevie to release a solo LIVE album with a brand new solo concert dvd!! If Stevie's camp hasn't already considered this venue, then I hope that John can bring the idea to them (hopefully VH1 Classic is already considering Stevie!!)....

I had requested her to decades rock live a couple of months ago...

Cool! I'm not that familiar with the show yet... do you know if they are making new concerts? I assume so...the advertising for the Bonnie Raitt release states that it is the "first" in a line of concerts.... hopefully Stevie will consider this if asked! It would be in line with what was originally planned as "Stevie Nicks and Friends" in 2001 with VH1 (which unfortunately didn't happen, most likely due to 9/11)....

They've done Bonnie, Cyndi Lauper, Heart & Elvis Costllo that I know of. I think it would be great if Stevie would do one. HEY! Or Lindsey come to think of it! :nod:

VH1 loves Stevie! They'd be crazy not to get on board w/ this idea!

BTW, the next one is the Pretenders. Shirley Manson and Iggy Pop will be part of that one. And I forget who else, but I'll dig it up...

I LOVE that show! It's a total blast to see country artists and rockers doing each other... I mean their songs! ;)
