According to CNN, looks like ol' Sugart*ts plead no contest to misdemeanor drunk driving and was sentenced to three years probation.

Did he get fined and sentenced to go to drunk school also? Celebrities are treated very differently by law enforcement most times. I was surprised he was even arrested.
