What are Your Favorite Online Streaming Radio Stations

I have to say thanks to Suzy for referring me to a great station I can stream online at work. WBOS. Great station.

Anyone else got a great station you listen to that can be streamed online?

the only internet radio i've used regularly is launchcast. i really like it because you can rate the artists/songs they play and they'll play more of the same and also similar artists/songs. unfortunately, it doesn't work on my mac, so i can only use it on my brother's computer.

I stream Air America. :)

I must be in the same area as Suzy?
Or, at least can pick up WBOS on my radio.
For streaming...
I recommend that one and also WXRV (both are out of Boston and both are good  )

Yep, I'm in Boston. I love WBOS. You're welcome, Maria! I don't stream anything because I always get knocked off, I'm not sure if IT has something set here to cause such connections to quit. So I listen to Air America, WBOS, or MP3s.

My rainbow colors are showing again, but Gaydar radio has a request line that takes online requests from all over the world. It's usually played during the lunch hour (Central Standard Time) and I have gotten quick responses to my requests. If that wasn't enough, the DJ has a sexy voice.

I usually stream it right from my windows media player, so I'm not too sure of the address. www.gaydar.co.uk is a start though.

I don't know if this is considered a "streaming" station or not, but I love www.pandora.com. You can create your own stations based on your favorite artists and other artists that are similar to those artists. It's great.

pandora's cool! it's similar to launch, except it actually works on my computer! :)

I listen to KCRW, and WFMU, but I don't leave them on all day, I just have some favorite shows, and sometimes I listen to the archived shows. I also listen to XM because I subscribe to their satellite service, and they have a reduced number of stations available to stream online as well. I have actually heard Buckingham Nicks quite a few times on the XM Loft station, and of course Tom Petty has a program on a couple of times a week on Deep Tracks, ch 40.

I like to stream 96.9 Bob FM (check out who's featured in their banner ;) ). It's a local station that plays a fairly eclectic mix of songs, though I think the "Bob" format is popping up in various markets across the country.

I also like Launchcast. :)

I used to listen to this all the time.

I like C89.5 out of Seattle, the iTunes radio stations or Sirius online.
