New Jersey

Does anybody know their way around Jersey here?? I'm going to be leaving in a month, and I still don't know how I'm going to get from Point A(Newark) to Point B(Rockaway) I do know, that I have to catch the NJ Transit, but do I catch a cab to the transit station or is there one right ouside Newark Liberty International Airport? HELP!

Just stay away from any public libraries there . Especially in the areas from Newark to Perth Amboy.

Why's that?
