Not really. She's a new singer from England. Watch VH1 for more than 5 minutes and you're bound to at least see that annoying-as-hell VH1 You Outta Know commercial where they show a clip of her video (for the song "Put Your Record On") and she talks about how she thinks that music is great for "creating your own lit'l world."

she's okay, but nothing above average, i listened to her album several times, but there was nothing there to present any extreme originality or character. everything about her and her music is pretty mundane i think.

Like she is looking for who she wants to soiund like....OK am I, like Nora Jones, Madeline Peroux,now that I think of it....Perhaps she is a black Little bundle of love like Stevie's Jana :sorry:
Anyway, lyrics seem rather insipid, video is too sacharrin sweet (riding my bike though the park on a cinnamon sweet summer day...la,la,la)
