Stevie's Snot! Get it now!
 so.fricking.lame. |
Hilarious. I have to say, though, that if I had a never-ending supply of money, i would absolutely buy stuff like this.
OH. And just for the record, I am currently sitting in a hotel that is literally a stone's throw from paradise valley. eee!! |
I just saw this over @ sevenwonders - and I find it extremely hilarious that the seller is not even sure that it was used by Stevie - it could have just been some lady who threw it in the trash, and this idiot has had it in a plastic bag since 1997

  Seriously, cool pics. Hope you are loving your vacay. And plz do not tell me that you would buy Stevie's snot. i understand the collectory impulse, but snot?! I try to avoid snot at any cost in my real life, I certainly don't want Stevie's. Perhaps you bought her staine'd underwear as well?  |

Anyway, I'm totally serious, if I had an endless supply of money, I would buy (potential) Stevie snot. Definitely. AND did I mention that I am seriously so close to Stevie's house right now??????????????????????????????????????? |

:laugh: Yes, I have those impulses extra bad because I just got my first digicam about 5 months ago. Luckily, I never liked to take pics too much before that (that was the rest of the family's job, take pics of me, then send them to me  No, JK, there were pics of others.) You have like, five million pictures, though. Do I have to look at them all? Which is your most recommended series? Actually, I really liked the sunset pics, they were gorgeous. I only encounter that flat, dry, hot, endless beige PlainPlane when I go to Chico. And I mean that in a good way. Doesn't it seem like the sunset lasts forever? Lovely. That is the time (some people don't understand) where you have to eschew your thongs and put your feet up on the dash. I don't know why, it's just so hot and flat and sunny that it seems clear that your job is to sip your soda, hand the driver cigs, change the CD, and put your feet up on the dash. You're probably thinking about swimming at the time. You buy a big giant cup of ice at 7-ll, fill it with...*insert beverage of choice, I would say water*. Just because you do that, while wearing a tanktop, doesn't mean you're Brittney S. *did everyone already talk about how her initials are "B.S."?* Doesn't mean you're a f*cking pig, it just means you are driving to go camping, through some hot ass hell hole that we call Central California at 105 mpg. No big! :woohoo: The important part is that you sing to the CD's/etc. the whole way there, and carseat DANCE! That is the entire universal purpose of long drives. Then you go "Oooh, look at the ocean!". It's all very simple. *insert smiley* Then you get to the campsite, and you're like "12 dollars? Hey, do you have any ones? ******. And then I go 'oh, yeah, I have 4 ones. Sweet! Hey, do you think there are bears here? Are there firepits on the campsites? I have to find a good stick!!!! Oh, we have to cook the fish tonight. The jar of Capers is in the cooler. No, it's better to burn the Marshmallow on the outside! Etc. " ooo, Dreams just came on the radio. In my house, for reals. You know, I never, ever, get tired of playing with the studio version. And now, Saving Grace by Tom Petty. I swear they play it every 5. It's Kosmik. Which reinforces my theories that TP and SN are geniuses. And additionally reinforces my faith in cycles. TP Aside Okay, I'm not usually like this, but does the chorus of "Saving Grace" describe Stevie a bit, too? It's all... "It's hard to say, where you are, these, days - But you run on anyway - don'tchoo babe - You keep running for a brand new/another place, to find that saving grace - Don'tchoo baybe." And it's all smoothiesmooth in that Tom style. The vocalsmoothsarcasdonic delivery on that last verse by TP kills me. "Doontchoobayb". Seriously, I'm the opposite of a Conspiritomstevie theoreist, but that is not to say that TP couldn't find any inspiration in Stevels. I guess the fallback theory is that it could describe any rock person/lifestyle/ennui. The "road" and all that. I mean, how many musicians didn't write about the pitfalls of "The Road"? God, did Bob Seger write about anything else? JK. Oh, and now the Cars come on. I'ts my lucky night. But I just thought of something recently - Has it occured to anyone else that more than is statistically probably predictable, Rick Ocasek sounds like he's singing about someone underage? 15-17 or so? Is that just me? |

It's been a long time since I've been to the ocean. I was trying to talk my mom into taking a day trip out to SoCal for one of the days we're at the family reunion (aka HELL ON EARTH), but that was a no-go. You're right about singing/dancing to the music. One of the best parts of the trip was hurtling through the Texas desert at 90 mph while listening to WH (the song, not the album). I've actually never put my feet up on the dash. I don't like feet ... so I don't like to put mine in plain view. OK, i have $6 to add to my barnes & noble order so I get free shipping ... any suggestions? |

A) don't be so uptight about your feet. Everyone has them, they won't change the fate of peace in the middle east, and no really cares that much. Don't forget to sing loud while your feet are up and you are sipping your Cherry slurpee/icee. Take a nap. B) Save your BN money to come to TP this summer in Berk. C) Other than that, if there is a book you totally want for six dollars, and you'll still be able to get groceries and...groceries this week - get the book. Hey, I want one if you run out of ideas. I would get the book, but I'm not exactly financial guru. Hey, you should get "the coconut diet". Or, you could get the book you already had in mind. I'll look at more of your pics. You have to look at mine, then, too. But, I only have 8 or 9 or so, so you won't die. Is anyone else disappointed in Billy Idol singing "Moneyh Moneyh"? Him and those happy notes collide abysmally, IMO. Like, it really irritates me. |

Anyway, it's mega late and I've been up since 5:30. Like, I think it's 3 a.m. here. Arizona ... MST ... sooooooooo ... yes. Where are your pics? I saw a couple that you posted, but then they were gone ... I wanna see more! |
