Hey! Has Anyone Heard Anything About A Melbourne Symphony Orchestra Dvd??
 

when she toured australia there was word that there was going to be a cd AND a dvd, but havent heard of anything since the tour?? anyone know anything??

I think they ditched it. Not sure if we ever actually got official confirmation, but Stevie did say on the Nicksfix "Ask Stevie" that there wouldn't be a DVD from the NZ shows. Some of us hoped that maybe that meant there would be one from the Melbourne show, but I doubt it. I assume she meant that entire tour down under.

No.....not yet....i hope it comes out soon though...There is only so many times a day one can watch "Stevie Live at Red Rocks":shrug:

I think it is still early days to say wether or not the DVD is still going to be released. I think people expected it to come out almost straight after the concerts themselves - when it could be anything from 6 months to 2 years before it see's the light of day.

So to answer your question, nobody has any idea :wavey:

The reason I believe there wont be a dvd of melbourne is that when steve performed "outside the rain" and "dreams" because as she said they hasn't recorded them, she didn't get changed again! Now if you are releasing a dvd you would have to change outfits..... Which to me says if it is released, it being melbourne, it will be a live audio cd only :sorry:

when they advertised the concert over here they had a sign
on the poster saying "to be recorded and released on dvd"
at the concert i couldnt see any bloody cameras but i have heard that she wasnt happy with the sound so she wont be releasing one.
she was going to release it in conjuction with a best of cd and im spewing because i got up to the stage and gave her my flowers so i was hoping for a little fame lol
