Foam crack in shuttle fuel tank!!!

I think space missions are getting harder each day, or bad luck.. Well after the last incidents, they MUST verify everything...

The foam itself isn't really part of the external fuel tank itself. It's a spray-on insulator named as CPR-488. So I don't think it's that big of a problem.
