anthrax scare in my building
 

early this morning people started buzzing about a camera crew and people in hazmat suits outside our building. no one really thought much about it, until about 10 when we found out someone had opened a package full of a white substance on the 12th floor of my building. so, they turned the air off and everything is totally crazy on the lobby. we already have had a boil water alert for 2 days. strange. there's a weird plastic tunnel thing set up outside and half the building is blocked off and we still have no air.

my question is, why is my ass still at work? :lol:

My gosh...I had no idea they would intercept my special package of "gold-dust" for you! Just kidding...sniffff!

we are in a building with a couple other small law firms, a bank and an accounting firm. our firm employs about 300 people; we occupy most of the building. I'm on the 18th floor.

18th floor...half-building blocked...tunnels...boiling water...no air. You should leave Jazzy...can you?

Yes, it is. I am surprised they haven't evacuated the building.

I dunno. Hopefully it's powdered sugar or something.
