The Omen

So the new version of the Omen is coming out on SUPRISE! 6-6-06. I've seen the previews and it looks really good. anybody else heard any advance buzz?

Because Hollywood seems creatively bankrupt? Hopefully it will sink as fast as Poseidon so maybe they'll stop.

I agree. I loved the original too so I don't have any desire to see the new one.

I have mixes feelings about remakes. on one hand I agree that the originals should be left alone as classics, but then I think it's good to update them and take advantage of technologies now available and maybe update the stories.

back to the topic tho, I am excited to see this. loved the original and hopefully this one will be good. (unlike the last remake I saw - When A Stranger Calls)
