I have heard about this, but never heard it with my own ears. Sounds hilarious.

That's one of my absolute favorite interviews of Stevie. I believe it was after a Tusk show and maybe she was having voice troubles because she's almost whispering during much of the interview. But it's very magical!

Stevie wasn't pissed off. Gabrielle Arras was Seedy Management corporate liaison & Stevie camp member who used to help arrange interviews & do other administrative stuff. She may even have lived with Stevie for a time back in the Vilma Banky days. Stevie just said this mostly jokingly; she was talking to Jim Ladd at the time at her home & Gabrielle & other people in the house were interrupting the interview with various requests & comments. It was all very playful--nobody was pissed off. You have to listen to the interview in context.

Jim Ladd was pissing ME off. I hate the way he talked to her like he just wanted to get her in bed. Stevie wasn't seriously mad at that Gabrielle chick. She was joking.

I ADORE Jim Ladd....he lives here in L.A., and I have seen him around...the man is pretty sexy LOL....anyhoo, he has been acting/speaking as if he wants to get her into bed for YEARS now!!! A short while ago when she was on with him, he couldn't stop complimenting her!!!

She's an old time Hollywood movie star. Stevie bought her house, I think it was actually the first house Stevie bought after hitting it big with Fleetwood Mac.
