ATTN: Cyndi Lauper fans

She will be on CBS Sunday Morning this weekend!

And, sadly, Three Penny Opera opened last night and is bombing in the reviews (but she isn't, thankfully).

I may seem like a comlete idiot for saying this - but what on earth is a Tivo? Is it like a DVD recorder

Here's a roundup of Three Penny reviews. I rather enjoyed the play, myself.

It's also called DVR. It tapes TV shows, but stores them on a hard drive, rather than a tape or a DVD. You can tape up to a certain number of hours, depending on the machine and service.

TiVo is internet-based (I think), so you hook it up to a phone line. My DVR is cable-based.

I think it is one of the best inventions ever. It's very easy to set up for recording, you can fast-forward at different speeds, etc.

I think that's how to describe it...
