9 to 5 - the sequel
 

so, it's been announced that Dolly Parton, Lily Tomlin and Jane Fonda have been working on the sequel to 9 to 5. it's set for a Fall 2007 release. :blob2:

I? LOVE that movie - it's one of my all-time faves...they better not f**k it up with a bad sequel. Oye.

Oh - and I just bought the recently released special Sexist Egotiscial Lying Hypocritical Bigot Edition of 9 to 5 on DVD!!! :blob1: :blob2:

I've seen 9 to 5 so many times, I can almost quote the whole thing. And I'm not ashamed to admit it. :laugh:

You're kidding! Oh, this makes me very happy. True, sequels are rarely as good as their precedents, but anything with Lily Tomlin and Dolly Parton (hell, just Dolly by herself) promises to be gloriously campy and entertaining. I can't wait. Has it been common knowledge that there was going to be a sequel? I had no idea.

I only recall watching it once or twice. That was years ago. I don't remember nothing about it. I may have to rent it just so I can see it again.
