Band Face Off - Semifinals 6

Tina Turner won the last round and joins Creedence Clearwater Revival, Led Zeppelin, Joni Mitchell and Tom Petty in the finals.

Next up, some country legends.

I went with Dolly.

You know we can see who voted for what, right?

I'm shocked nobody's voted for Loretta yet! Where are Diss & Deanna? Serves them right for ditching us here lately.

It was a tough call for me, but I really enjoy Johnny's music most.

Who did you vote for, David? :wavey:

You are such a bitch

I voted for Loretta, just because nobody else has.

You do realize Paula sees that as the highest praise?

Sadly, I'm honestly not that familiar with Johnny Cash's music nor Loretta Lynn's, except for what was shown in the movie Sissy Spacek starred in, which was a great film IMO. I haven't seen Walk The Line yet but have heard some of the stuff. The songs of Dolly's that I know are sort of part of me now so I had to go with that mama.

oo, oo! Did you know we can see who people voted for by clicking the number? :blob1:

:wavey:

easy again

CASH for sure.

Dolly Is Amazing. You Must All Vote For Dolly And Her Tennessee Mountains!

I voted for Dolly because I think she is precious. Her voice is light and beautiful and she is adorable.

Oh yah, that's right, I forgot

thanks dear.

Dolly must reign supreme. Her boo, er, I mean, lyrics are unforgettable. She's an amazing songwriter. Her harmonies are legendary. Watch Crossroads with Dolly and Melissa Ethridge and you'll see what I mean.

like I always say...

you say I'm a bitch like it's a bad thang!!!

Neither of those ladies comes close to touching Johnny in scope, artistry, or importance. I'd like to say I'm confused as to why Dolly Parton has an equal amount of votes, but then again, people always did love the blonde bimbos with big tits.
