I know he hasnt been around for awhile now(HE doesnt even play the casinos anymore!:eek: ) but I always thought he had the best voice of any male country singer I've ever heard. Straight Tequila Night ROCKS!!!!! If he isnt making anymore music, that's too bad.

I've always liked him, also. "Seminole Wind" was another good one.

He is still touring. I got some complimentary tickets to see him and the Kentucky Headhunters from the firefighter's association. I might go see them. It's in a couple of weeks.

Wow! cool. Yeah, I'll check and see if he's playing any of those summer coutry fests around here.

Cool. You know what really bugged me btw? When they had that CMT thing of the best 40 Male country singers and his name wasnt on it!:mad: Oh well, maybe they just forgot.

I didn't see that. That's pretty lame. He even had that great comeback there, after the "Swingin'" era. Who was #1 on that? Hank, Sr.? Waylon? Cash?
