It's the most mixed-up song she's ever written, I reckon! It's about a lot of things.

It's about her uncle dying, and John Lennon [though I can't find out which bit, but she said so, so it must be true!]. And it's also about Lindsey. And then the random stuff that nobody knows what it means, but we still like it.
