travel sites like expedia and travelocity usually give you a listing of what's near each hotel. I'd search those sites and see what they have listed as features near the hotel.

okay.............now for you lovely people visiting ma home  YOU RULE

There is a shuttle bus from the city to the airport....and there is a regular adelaide metro bus that does the same. If you don't have a lot of luggage etc TAKE THE METRO it will only coz you the price of a regular bus ticket...$2 taxi would be about 15$ shuttle is about the same

What hotel you stay at depends on what you want to do and how long you are staying here for...and how much you want to pay. I would suggest staying in the city but if you like DA BEACH......stay at Glenelg & you can catch the tram into the city. March here is like our hottest month. When FMac were here in '04 they played on the hottest 45 degree day we've ever had. It SUCKED. In that respect I would stay @ the beach  Staying in the city is more practical for the Entertainment Center..........buses to/from Glenelg & the Entertainment Center are basically non-existent....@ night time anyway. But a taxi wouldn't cost you that much.

Pretty much any hotel in the city is close to where you want to be.
You will want to catch a bus or a taxi to/from the concert.
It's a LONG walk.........well it's not that long. But in 40+ degrees and at night time U do NOT do that in this city.........the Parklands are DANGEROUS.

Here are just a few I would go for: (I went through FlightCentre but you can do these thru ReadyRooms etc as well sometimes for cheaper)

Pacific International Suites

Stamford Plaza

The Mansions

Hotel Grand Chancellor

Quest on King William

Most buses down Currie Street go past/near the Entertainment Center
If YOu are catching a bus you want a 115, 118 they go RIGHT beside it.
111, 110, 111, 112 and 113 buses don't actually go past but they stop down the road a bit. Not even a 5 minute walk. ;)

The bus from the airport you want is the J2, J1 or JC Jetbus

I hope that's somewhat helpful.
If you want anything specific PM me and I will be happy to help
