Friday the 13th

I'm usually not real superstitious on this day, but some **** happened today. Sara and I went grocery shopping. (whoope.do.) I got a front row spot, and swore I locked the truck with the remote. I know we spent 2 hours in the store. Came out and Sara went to open the hatch, and it opened. No big deal, I thought I just didn't lock it. I started putting groceries in the back, and I found a black flashlight that was still on. Now, I have 3 green flashlights, all at home, but I've never seen this one before. I called my dad, he didn't leave it when he borrowed my truck.... Where the hell did this come from? That kinda freaked me out, and came to the conclusion that someone was in my truck. Nothing's missing, though, not even Sara's GameBoy... So, I'm talking to my mom on the way home, and she started trippin' out because her stereo just came on for no reason. She was the only one home, and the remote was sitting on the entertainment center, and she was in the kitchen. Humpf? And, this is my big laugh of the night. I got home and my outdoor garage light is burnt out. See, when my husband passed, and I bought this house, they burned out all the time. I'd replace one, and the other would burn out a week later. No ****, I did this for some time, and came up with the conclusion that Jason was doing this. So, I told him to quit screwing with my garage lights. This was October of 2004. I haven't had one go out on me since.
Anything weird happen to you today???

Did Jason have the nature of a practical joker? Did Friday the 13th mean something to him? Maybe he is just saying hello. Maybe the 13th really does thin the veil between the material and spirit worlds. Actually, I have no idea about that but there has always seemed to be something odd about the 13th. I usually think of it as a good luck day though so I don't get spooked.

No, nothing unusual happened to me yesterday. Same boring days that I always have at work.

Lee :)

Nothing particularly weird...it was a good day, a lucky day. I made a lot of money.

Well, today is a full moon. I heard tons of sirens this morning.

How about...

Thursday the 12th? Let's see...Destroyed a front tire on the car when it came apart as we were driving from home to OKC.

Decided to have some pictures of my late Mom developed so I could mail 'em to my sister as part of her birthday package...The pictures came out with a weird red color tint to 'em...But they werent red tinted and the other pictures taken at the same time did not have the red tint whatsoever.

Later that evening we decided to go shopping in a town we rarely ever traveled to at night and ended up on the turnpike instead (Thanks to no #$%^&* signs for direction)...Without any money for toll, So we payed the booth attendant the $1.25 toll in pennies.

Lastly, on the trip home was pulled over in a known speed-trap of a town (Verden) for the second time, for the exact same reason as the first time..."Supposed" burned out tail light. The new female officer checked my license/insurance paperwork and was nice and let us go on our merry way (Once I was out of sight of the town I pulled over on the shoulder of the higway and sure 'nuff my taillight was on as it always has been.)

Fast foward to the 13th....Last night the new washer we had decided to overflow onto the floor after the pump burned out in it, So it is now temporarily sitting on the back porch.

Either someone is having fun with me from beyond the pail...er...grave (My Mom let everone know her intials B.S meant Bull-****ter), Or just odd coincedences.
