Hi,
I just wanted to thank you for your suggestion a while back about the INport. I got it for Christmas and it works great, I don't even have to convert the files to MP3 as apparently they record in Windows Media form, which I can then just burn to CD. I must say though it was hard to find INport as the people at Best Buy were a bit clueless, one even said, "whats a record?" and another "why what an odd list you are carrying around, a chat board print out, and you listen to these posts" Of course I was thinking well they know more then you do! So thanks again, you have no idea how much nicer this makes my work environmet.:] :woohoo:

Had a similar experience at CompUSA. The guy looked at me like I was insane and then said "Don't you have a cd burner on your computer?" I was like, "Uh yeah, but I didn't ask for a cd burner, I asked for a friggin' adaptor!"

they are witless, arn't they, amazing that these people work in these stores and don't know their products. Of course thats why I ask for my information here and don't seek store advice until I know exactly what I want. Thank goodness for places like the ledge, with knowledgable people :)

Yeah, the people in those stores do not know what they are selling. They don't get the proper training though. I guess if you're making $8 an hour or whatever, are you really going to care?
