In spite of her extensive surgery I think she is perhaps the ugliest famous person on earth. Queen Gangleskank.

She's wearing a pushup and smooshing her boobs with her arms, I don't think she's had any boob work done...Why doesn't she spend some of that Hilton fortune and lop off that schnozz a couple inches? Her hair looks fried, and we already know her blue eyes are fake. Fix that nose, beeyotch! Only Linda Evangelista can get away with the long nostril, bird-beak.
