Soundstage sound files

In the Soundstage DVD thread, some folks were asking for some audio files for their car, etc... I have a few but only have time to post one tonight.

Here is "I Am Waiting". This song didn't do much for me the first time I heard it. I would say around the 3rd time it really struck me. A very simple song, but beautiful.

I Am Waiting mp3

I don't know how long this link will work. No longer than 7 days, so get it while you can. I will try to post more tomorrow. The entire DVD is absolutely amazing for a Lindsey die-hard like me.

Eeeeeeeeeee!!!!

Thanks Matt!!! I've been dying to hear this!!!!! :blob2:

ETA: My immediate thoughts: Holy sheet. I've never heard Lindsey sound like this before. His voice.....amazing. Love the weird echo effect. This will be on rotation for a long time, I imagine.

Thank you! Thank you! I've been dying to hear this. :D

I just LOVE his voice !!!!!!!!!

Thanks so much for this. Just watched the dvd last night - this song I just LOVE !!!!!!!!!!

Down on Rodeo

You're all welcome. I've been making mp3s from the DVD for my iPod.

Here's Down on Rodeo.

-Matt

Again, it will only be available for 7 days on yousendit.com.

THANKS Matt!!

I asked for it and it is VERY much appreciated!!!

I don't think it's his best one ( IAW ) it sounds alittle too " reli-poppish" for me.

Could you please rip Steal your heart away?

THANKS!!!!!!!!!!!

Love those signature pics of you... Damn'...

Got a quote here:

"In my heart, I knew that final show was the one that we would use, and I paced myself emotionally. Something clicked as we started to play that night. The magic was there again, only we weren't mad at each other anymore. I looked into Lindsey's eyes during so many of the songs, and the tears came. It was uncontrollable. And it was a beautiful night for us and everyone in the audience."
~Stevie Nicks, On taping the MTV special, Billboard, August 8, 1997

thank you so much, matt... this is just what i was after!

Thanks a lot Matt, I love the song and especially Lindsey/FM version. When I heard the original watching Rushmore (it's somehere in the soundtrack), I instantly thought "the version on Destiny Rules was better" .
