Man arrested for spreading photos of penis

A Wisconsin man is in big trouble for photographing his penis, making copies and leaving them on women's windshields in at least four towns.

Jeffrey John Hein, 40, currently faces 30 charges of lewd and lascivious behavior for disseminating his private business throughout Hartford and West Bend, and police in Germantown and Menomonee Falls told the Milwaukee Journal Sentinel he violated their penal codes as well.

Two of the criminal complaints say Hein got his artistic inspiration from a Web site called "I Shot Myself," which advises readers to "pickle yourself in the adrenaline rush of public nudity," the Journal Sentinel said.

Hein allegedly dropped his photos on windshields, pushed them threw open windows and flipped them through cracked sunroofs.

He would then watch for the women's reactions as they found his missive.

Many women reported the crime to their local police stations, but at least one woman was spotted taking the photo from her car and passing it onto another car at a Wal-Mart parking lot.

here's an incident that happened where i live (frederick,maryland). it was even in the paper. a lady left a local blockbuster store and got in her car. before she could even start the engine she heard this weird tap/slap on the drivers side window. she looked and there was this guy tapping her window w/ his penis. :eek: good thing her window was up! she screamed and scared him away. then she called the police. i don't know if the guy was ever caught but can you imagine the line-up?? "ma'am - do you recognize the - uh- perpetrator?" only in frederick.

lol i probably would have done that... but i'm just a little sick sometimes.

Oh my god, this story is insane! I don't neccesarily think he should go to jail for this. I'm sure most of these women have seen far worse, in the form of internet spam.

If I found the picture, I'd make sure to laugh extra loud, so he could hear...then I'd put it on someone else's car! hehehe :lol:
