Did Lindsey ever perform the studio/album version of Big Love, live?

I know he left without touring for this album, and although I do love his acoustic version, I am also a big fan of the album version as well. I think it is quite beautiful actually and just wondered if it was ever performed in it's original form.

To my knowledge, no. But I am not the expert around these parts. I'm sure someone will come around & tell us for sure. :nod:

He has always done it as the acoustic piece but it would definitely rock to hear it live in its original format with the bass, drums and keyboards..no to mention the electric gtr!

no, he's always done the "acoustic" version ever since he started doing it live on the Out of the Cradle tour back in 1992.

I've always wanted to hear that version live.

Me too! I've always prefered the album version over the live one he does now.

Thanks everyone...although I'm sorry to hear that it was never performed live. So many of these lost treasures....can we hope for a new set list....ever? If Lindsey ever comes back out of the Witness Protection Program maybe we can ask him!!!
