Be kind to others

The other day, I was driving down the road and I saw this little old lady sort of struggling to haul her groceries down the sidewalk in her stroller/walker, so I stopped to help her. I took her the 5 blocks back to her apartment and when she offered me some money I said absolutely not. I told her I just enjoyed helping her out. Kindness is it's own reward. And remember, it doesnt cost anything to be nice :)

I am very close to older people because my grandmother and great aunt spent alot of time with me growing up. They were very caring towards me, and what adolescent wants to spend time with an elderly relative unless theyre fored to right? Unfortunately they have both passed on now, and it hasnt been easy dealing with it :(
