Cool pic I've never seen before
Found this photo on eBay - she looks like an old fashioned movie star...
http://i10.ebayimg.com/01/i/04/9e/8f/e5_1_b.JPG Cool, eh? I love all the rings. Here's the eBay link ... http://cgi.ebay.com/Unique-Beautiful...QQcmdZViewItem |
It is from a Rolling Stone phto book. I have it somewhere - of course
I love the angle (Ritts I think) caught her in. It is so different than any of her other pics. |
I love it when you see a photo and it really hits you just how beautiful she is. For me, that picture does it
|
I don't like the hair, the pose, or the shoulder pads. :sorry:

Whenver I see that pic, I think of the pic that is either on the back or like the following page of that of Etta James, w/ all her dogs on her lap, and one is licking her face. Just wrong. I recall getting that RS for that pic, and then seeing that EJ one, and just focusing on it. Stupid sure.
That is one pic right before, during or VERY shortly after the Clinton Inaguration. One of the few pics of that "era" that does her justice. And it is indeed a Ritz pic. |

I think she looks fantastic in it - but to each their own :D |

It was Dennis Wilson, and he has a similar spaced-out look. And as you go through the issue, you suddenly realize that Stevie's and Dennis's are the only 2 pics like that. Coincidence? Or sly editorial photo placement? |
She's so adorable :)
|
I love it. Is it really by Ritts?
Movie star or great torch singer form the 40s. Very cool! Thanks for posting. |
Kinda reminds me of Judy Garland :)
|
I don't know - I don't really like it all that much :sorry: Her expression - something about it - I can't put my finger on it - but it's not one of my favorites...

I never cared for that pic either. |
I don't particularly like it, either. The close up of it on Ebay is better than looking at it small, but the hair and shoulder pads ruin it for me. She just looks....strange.
|
I am not a fan of that pic :sorry:
