Paris 4-14-77 Bit Torrent

this show is listed (via throwndown.net) on the bit torrents page....

anyone download it? is it a soundboard?

I did...its not as good as the Nashville 77 torrent...but not that bad...

It's a soundboard. Sounds good to me.

Where did it come from?

Hey David...

just wanted to let ya know the current 1982 Memphis show on DIME came from the tapes you had me transfer, Thanks for letting me use yer tapes...Let me know when yer ready for round #2

The person who shared it at Dime wrote that it's a "liberated bootleg", thus hinting that it's been sold previously. Which is a bit odd, you'd think that Fleetwood Mac fans would have become aware of it much earlier than this.

Someone should for some more info from the person who posted this, his/her username at Dime is Pvtuniverse.

It's a good addition to the group of 1977 soundboards, Stevie once again tries for those vocal effects at "Gold Dust Woman", something she'd give up on later.

I'm ready! Can we expect something rare and uncirculated? I hope so! Thx for the Memphis conversion! :wavey:

Okay--so I've tried to figure out the whole Bit Torrent thing and I just can't. Are there not any instructions, step-by-step, in PLAIN ENGLISH, out there on how to do this???

me too. I just TODAY was able to sign up and I'm so excited. I did download the torrent program thing and it is "downloading" but after that I'll be clueless. I thought there was a thread that gave instructions, but I can't find it...anyone know?
