Motels in Atlantic City, NJ
 

I might go to a show at the HOB in Atlantic City, NJ, next month which is basically at the Showboat Casino, but I don't really know much about the motels in AC. Hubby & I just want to stay one night. Anybody ever stay there at the Showboat or anywhere in AC? Which motel would you recommend?

I have only stayed in the Marina area of AC. The Jitney runs 24/7 and can take you to any casino. We stayed at harrah's marina for the 2 stevie shows in AC and were happy with it because it was nice but not too expensive.

I strongly urge you to stay on the boardwalk. The areas a street or two away can get really shady.

I've stayed at the Hilton & the Holiday Inn. They were both fine.

Any of the casino hotels are recommended. I stayed in Trump before, my friend stayed at Taj ( lost her virginity there I think) but don't venture too far away...it's really nasty! GOD Jersey is great! Hell ya to Jersey!
