I believe Pattie (WelshWitchPMD) posted that photo which she got from a magazine, not too long ago. It's on the Rumours board. It DOES look like a skirt. LOL

Yes, Christy it was me who did post the photo and article. Here is the link to that thread with some more info on that photo. Doesn't say whether it is a skirt or not, however. ;)
