Dropped by 22 in less than 5 minutes after posting this. :shrug:

Sorry for all the posts. If it was a hacker, appears to be gone. It's dropped to only 7 now.

Did you check what posts 'they' were looking at? all the same?

Funny that the number of guests dropped after you posted this, that's a sure sign it was indeed a hacker..
but I was going to say, over here it's nearly midday, not a strange time to go online and check out the ledge.

I checked the Who's Online thing and a lot of the guests were looking at "The Ledge" so I guess that means just the main forum? I'm usually on around this time and I've never seen 39 people on Chit Chat at that time, while the rest of the forums were all 3-7 people. Just thought it was weird. In less than 10 minutes, it dropped from 39 to 7. :confused:

You know, out of all the sites out there a hacker could choose from - they pick a Fleetwood Mac message board?!?! :rolleyes:

Isn't there some cool trendy new board they could f&ck with? :laugh:

Well I think there are some obvious culprits out in the cyber world who'd love to F**k with the Ledge - and as we've seen from trolls there are folks who really enjoy busting our buttons :shrug:

I don't know about that.. The most obvious troll I can think of just isn't capable of these things.

What's strange to me is that this isn't harming the Ledge. In fact it kind of helps because it makes the Ledge look even more popular than it already is - 200 people visiting at the same time! What a hoppin' place! ;) The only way it could harm the Ledge was if it had so many users on at the same time it overloaded, but I imagine that would take 1000 at least. Probably more. Odd.

But, why does it seemingly simultaneously effect your site?

I'm not sure the problems our sites have are related to this, although it's true anything that affects Marty affects me. He sub-lets server space to me.
