Stevie Signed Buckingham Nicks Album
 

Has anyone gotten or seen anyone else get Stevie to sign a Buckingham Nicks album? I'm recollecting hearing nobody who has been this lucky and so now I'm sitting here wondering about things again... like, if she has something against signing because she's half NAKED! :D (Edit: I mean she's half naked on the album cover.... sheesh :eek: )

Anyway, I'm just trying to distract myself from being bummed out that there are NO northwest tour dates and I won't get to hear the Rock and Roll cover because I went broke in Vegas. We make our own choices, don't we?

Sigh.. :(

Stevie signs BN albums. I have a Buckingham Nicks album that Stevie signed at the SYW show in Las Vegas last year and Lindsey signed at the Greensboro show.

I noticed someone holding up the BN album at the show last night, but I didn't see Stevie sign anything at all. That was during the Edge walk.

Yeah, I saw that too. She just kinda walked past it.

Hmmmm... I know someone that won a contest to meet Stevie backstage after one of the Stevie/Don shows and she said that they told her not to ask for an autograph.......She asked the contest people afterwards why no autograph and they mentioned ebay........ :p I don't know if that was a guess or if Stevie actually has said something about this...... but I don't think she gives out autographs too freely these days :shrug: I was actually pretty surprised that they raffled those tambourines at the I Love All Access parties because if a Don Henley fan won it then it is probably going straight to ebay!!

During the Say You Will Tour, in Philadelphia 2003, there was a man holding the album, and Lindsey took it backstage during the encore, and came out with it bearing Stevie's signature. If you watch the bootleg, you see Stevie mouth "not right now" to him.....the guy was beside himself when Lindsey came out with the album, from backstage, and seen that Stevie did indeed sign it! jill

Mine has Lindsey's sig but not Stevie's. In Camden, when I held it up..she looked right at me and said "I can't Sweetie, I am sorry...they will kill me". I assume she was referring to security......

Well, it sounds like she probably has nothing against signing the album, just a matter of the right time and place. That's good. Thanks for all the replies on that.

Now on to something else to ponder. Like why can't we have endless supplies of cash so we can all see at least two shows on every tour? :shrug: But I'm sure that topic has been pondered nearly to death by many fans.

I have a Buckingham Nicks album that Lindsey signed in Knoxville. I took it to her and Don's Atlanta show, but I came up empty-handed on getting her to sign it. There was just never a good time to hand it to her. :shrug:

I got my BN album signed by LB also - during the OOTC tour - he chuckled at the pic of their bell bottoms and said, "I hear those are coming back in style."

At the SYW Vegas show, LB took someone's album backstage for Stevie to sign, between encores - she did! :thumbsup:
