Queer Eye Guys Heart Stevie

Queer Eye's Celebrity Playlist has come out on iTunes and Kyan Douglas (the grooming guru of the Fab 5) chooses Rhiannon as one of his essential tunes saying, "I love Stevie's voice and it's at its best here."

Thought that was pretty cool.

Edit: Also just noticed that under Marianne Faithful's album description for her "Millenium Collection", it says: Long before Stevie Nicks twirled her shawls, there was Nico and Marianne Faithful.

Hmm?

Well, her first albums were in the mid to late sixties, so I guess it's possible....but I never thought of her as a shawl twirler.

From what I've seen/heard from Nico, she was barely alive.....

whenever i hear about nico i think about her "smack in the box" story where, at some national border somewhere, she pulled out her bloody tampon and shoved her bag of heroin in its place right in front of her whole band and crew... and at her funeral wake her son sold off bits of her last stash for people wanting a momento.... such strange people!
