I Couldn't Think of a Catchy Title....
Well....
Whatta month this has been. First, I graduated from college with honors. Then, I moved all my stuff and headed up to Morgantown. I turned the big 2-3. I got a computer virus that wiped me out. My couch didn't fit into my apartment. All those things were nothing compared to taking my licensure exam to become a Registered Nurse. The day I got the notification that I was verified to sit for Boards, I called the company that runs the exam to set up an appointment. I wanted something before I started work on the 20th. The only date open was the 7th. Wayyy early. I took it anyway. I studied and studied for two weeks...just refreshing my memory on material I had years ago. I went in this past Tuesday feeling very nervous about the whole situation. I got checked in and sat down to take the exam. The exam can stop after 75 questions (it can go to 255 or something like that). Mine stopped at 75. Either I did really really good...or really really bad. Well...I did really really good. I'm a RN now. I passed the boards. I'm finally a professional. I guess that means I have to start acting like one on here (yeah, right). Thanks for all ya for calming my nerves. I would come on here and have a good laugh or two before hitting the books again. Funny threads and posts really eased my mind and made my studying more "enjoyable." I <3 this place. :D ...and Street Angel is still my favorite album. |
I DIDN'T KNOW THAT YOU TOOK THEM ON THE 7TH!!!
OF COURSE you passed, silly! Congrats. :xoxo: *mine stopped at 75 questions too* |
Congratulations, Curtis, you should be very proud of yourself. :xoxo: I like you, so I'll overlook your fondness for that album that I won't mention.

Yay!! :blob1: Your post was making me nervous until I got to the part where you passed the exam! :D Good luck with the career and the new apartment, I admire your career choice... it's something I know I could never do.
Oh, and I don't want to hear anything about the "big" 23!! When you get to the "Big" 3-0 then you can complain! |
Congratulations!! I know you've been working incredibly hard...go celebrate with some Stevie Nicks ;) :xoxo:

Stevie is holding a concert for my birthday in Detroit. I think it would be rude not to come along... :) |
