Ooh second mention of Tegan and Sara must go listen!

I really want to buy an album by Sam Philips. Is that a good one to start with?

Who are they Amber? Are they a dance act?

Tegan & Sara sound great btw!

Tegan and Sara are a good time. Check out the song Walking With A Ghost and My Number. Those are probably two of my favorites at the moment. They have a lot of albums out--all are really decent so whatever you pick out, you won't be dissapointed with IMO.

Sam is awesome...and i'm not just saying that because i'm a closeted Gilmore Girls fan and she does their music. Her songs are amazing. Martini's & Bikini's is a great start....Baby I Can't Please You, Same Rain, When I Fall....great songs. Hayley will rave about her hardcore to you  Sam rocks.

   That's a gooooood one!

The Innocence Mission - Glow or Befriended (more acousticky)

Rickie Lee Jones - Pirates

Indigo Girls - Swamp Ophelia or Come on Now Social

Maria McKee - You Gotta Sin to Get Saved

Morrissey - You Are the Quarry

Tons and tons and tons more.......

Tegan and Sara are sooooo good.
