Brit's Review and Pics
 

Hey everyone! Finally made it home and getting around to posting these. First off I thought the shows were amazing. Stevie was dead on both nights (5/10-5/11). I couldn't have asked for a better concert or just a better trip in general. I had a ball!
Tuesday night I did get to shake Stevie's hand, which was like many have said. "Like Buttah!" I also got to talk to Lori Nicks after the Wednesday show. I saw her walking to this restaurant me and Steph just came out of and she stopped to look around and thats when I went up to her. I just told her how amazing it was to have her back and I thought she did a wonderful job. We shook hands and she said thank you so much. She was very nice when I talked to her. Still can't believe I grew some balls that quick. :laugh: Oh, and Stevie's drummer was sitting at the table across from us with some of his buddies. So all and all the most amazing experience of my life, and some people can tell you that cause after B&B Wednesday I couldn't not stop crying...I was still crying after the show. :distress:

Brit - these are incredible!!! Esp love the ones of her shaking hands - gorgeous! BTW, thrilled you got a few of her in the old Edge of 17 shawl (or what appears to be that shawl.) Must have been from Tues night - I was NOT hallucinating! She DID wear it! Yay!

Omigod, Brit, your shaking hands photos!!!! :blob1: :] Those are fricking spectacular, I'm so glad you got them, those were one of my favorite parts, just to see Stevie's beautiful smile for soooo long. Thank you for posting. Oh, and it was a pleasure talking with you, you are very warm and down to earth, plus, love the accent. :xoxo:

Paula...it was the old Edge shawl! I was sort of wondering why she didn't wear it again on Wed and started to think I imagined it too!!

Did anyone get a good shot of the piano with candleabra? I love the blue velvet..so very "Stevie".

I did not get any still shots of the piano, but you can see it at the end of the B&tB vid I gave to Chris to post. It's at the end when she's walking offstage.
