According to the RIAA website, "Live in Boston" DVD was certified Platinum on 12-01-04. :thumbsup:

Is this old news? Don't remember seeing it on here before.

I'm not sure. I can't keep track of how many sales constitute platinum for all these various paraphernalia.

Didn't someone decide that platinum for DVD was 100,000 copies? And, since LIB's a 2 disc set, that 50,000 units sold would constitute platinum?

No, you didn't dream that. :) I believe I had posted that awhile back. Platinum for DVDs are 100,000 units. And since they've only sold 50,000 some units & there are 2 discs, that would explain why it's certified platinum. At least that's how they handle CDs. I don't know why DVDs would be any different.
