'82 tour announcer

So when is the mystery of the identity of the '82 American tour announcer going to be solved? Was it Chris Lamb, the tour manager (GLS Productions)? Leo Rossi, the stage manager?

I doubt it was Mark Brown or Bob Williams, the bus drivers.
