He must be really, REALLY smart, cuz...yikes.

Yikes is right. He's whoreanus.

However, this is from The Sun and they're essentially a tabloid rag. Just the other day it was reported that MGM wants Brosnan back after all, but that if he doesn't do it, the new Bond will be Julian McMahon (who I think would be FANTASTIC). I wouldn't mind Clive Owen, though, because I <3 him.

The guy doesnt even look the part. To be Bond, you have to look the part. It's not like Batman where you can hide in the costume. Sheesh.

Exactly!

That's why I'm rooting for either Julian McMahon or Clive Owen all the way. They look like James Bond.

Clive Owen occasionally steps into Lindsey's shoes as the leading actor in all of my fantasies... how fab would he be as Bond! he was sooo hott in Closer... very *F*able!

I pretty much agree. I might say maybe to Hugh, but most likely not. It's either Pierce or Clive, or I boycott.

and Moore was butch

Seriously, I think Jackman could be great.

Of course, I think compared to Connery, they all suck, so . . . .

I was more into Jude Law in that movie, but Clive Owen is a marvelous actor. I'd love to see him as Bond. Brosnan is one of the best Bonds, but he's a bit too geriatric for it now, IMO. Either Owen or Julian McMahon would make me squeal with delight.

ryan8472 04-06-2005 09:30 PM

I dunno....Julian McMahon just does not look like James Bond. :distress:

I hated Roger Moore.

I just don't think I could get into Jackman. He doesn't look Bond-ish to me. I do like him, though.
