Very creepy, but I adore Johnny Depp. So, ya know, I'll have to see it anyways.

I'm really excited about this flick. I so hope it doesn't end up being crap...

I'm kind of scared that it might already be crap. I already much prefer the one from back in the day. Johnny Depp looks really weird in this too.

Yeah, in the clip I saw he looked very sinister. He kind of reminded me of a vampire.

I am more excited about this coming out than I am about any other movie this summer, including Star Wars. I think Johnny Depp is a great actor (LOVE Secret Window), and I can't wait to see Tim Burton's take on the story. I think it's going to be darker and creepier than the original version, and that makes me happy. I think there was a thread on here a few months back about how it is supposed to more closely follow the book, which I think some commented is dark compared to the 70's movie.

Looking forward to this, Episode III, and Batman this summer. Of the three, I can see Batman being the most disappointing, but I hope I'm wrong. I like that it appears to be more of an action flick, like the first two Batman movies, as opposed to the last two. I really didn't care for Batman Forever, and I don't think I ever even watched Batman and Robin. Just way too cheesy for me, and I think I wasn't used to seeing anyone but Michael Keeton in the role. Hopefully Christian Bale will do a good job. We'll see...

Brad
