Tusk Tour Video Footage?
 

Just a question from a Junior Ledgie,

I was just wondering if there is any footage from the Tusk Tour from an actual concert they have played. Its really the only concerts that I havn't seen footage from (other than bits and pieces ie. the stuff from the Tusk Doc) or the Tusk Tour Rehersal. I would LOVE to see some if there was. Lindsey and the band looked like they were having a tonne of fun during this era.

The Tusk doc (St. Louis '79), Landover '79, Cleveland '80, Munich '80, plus local news coverage from probably numerous tour stops (for example, Los Angeles stations shot footage at the Forum shows & used it for the 11 o'clock broadcast).

I didn't know there were that many floating around. I have the Tusk doc and Largo...but maybe it's Landover. :confused: Was the footage shown on 20/20 from Cleveland? I can't remember.

Hey, kids. The 20/20 ep used Cleveland footage, so I included that. The only Munich footage I know for sure about is "Don't Stop" from that big outdoor show. It will be ripped to Windows Media (or equivalent) at some point for people to see. Munich seems to have been broadcast on German TV, but I don't know how much of the concert.

There was more footage shown in the FM segment on the old "PM Magazine" entertainment show -- it looked like footage from one of the California '79 shows (this was the "sweaty elegance" interview with Mary Hart).

I'd like to think that one or more of the shows from the final month was filmed, too. No cameras in San Antonio or Hollywood, unfortunately.

When can we expect this? I would love to see this :thumbsup:

I love that version of Don't Stop :thumbsup: : they all look as they're having fun, Stevie does great harmonies and sings along away from the mic too, the audience starts to dance under the rain. The only thing that bugs me a bit is that the director focused on Christine only once. You can see a lot of Lindsey though. :nod:

most likely the entire concert was filmed....we'll have to see how long it takes for this show to surface.

I hope it will happen soon, it looked like a great show.
