may hit them up for fraud. (which is what I should have done with
the AHI in '98, but didn't have the stomach for it)

I know exactly what you mean. I did the platinum package and have waited for well over a month and a half for my tourbook. I just called and had to be a bit nasty with them. Oh well...

I said that if I don't get the tourbook by week's end I will be expecting a refund.

I used my $25 store coupon (from the backstage tour package) earlier this summer to buy crap from the store and they sent me the wrong shirt. :rolleyes: I called and called for almost two months until they sent me the right one. I've had other problems with them too...my advice: keep calling until you get your stuff!

Yeah, they e-mailed me to let me know that my $25 store coupon from joining was going to expire 2 days AFTER it had already expired. Thanks so much.............. that's what I replied back, anyway. 'Course I never heard back from them. Sounds like I wouldn't have benefited from using it anyway!
