the Red Sox match up well against the Astros in a possible World Series (Roger Clemens returns to Boston in a possible World Series would be interesting), But they do not match up against the Cardinals...I predict the Cards will wingame 7 tomorrow night.

My prediction is that the Red Sox could beat the Astros, But I just cannot see 'em beating the Cards, I watched the Cards alot this year and they are definitely the team to beat...Shutting down their offense will be a task, But Shilling & Pedro could match well against 'em, But beating the Cards in St.Louis is next to impossible.

Good luck Red Sox faithful...Cause until they win the Series the ghost & curse of the Babe will forever roam.

with my team (For 21 years now), And being in the same division with both the Astros & Cards I can tell ya what each teams weakness is...And the Cards have NONE this year! They kicked our ass all year long :(

I rooted for the BoSox in 2 previous World Series, in 1975 against the Cincinnati #%^*&*2#$%&^(* Reds and I still remember how heart broken it was to lose that series to an INFERIOR team (I hate 3 teams in MLB-#1 the White SUX, #2-the Reds & #3 the Braves!!!) & again in 1986 against the New York Mets...

If the Cards do make it to the series it will be a great one, I will be rooting for the Red Sox too...But I just feel the Cards are peaking at the right time of the year (Can't root for the Cards...They're the Cubs #1 rival!!! Sorry, I can't cross that line...EVER!!!)
